We are expanding our HR department and seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to assist HR Department in day-to-day operations. You will work closely with the HR team to support and improve internal processes while gaining practical knowledge in a fast-paced, tech-driven work environment.
This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or students pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related fields who are eager to learn, contribute, and grow professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance in end-to-end recruitment cycle, employee relations, performance management, attendance management, administrative tasks etc.
- Assist in the day-to-day managerial operations and tasks on various platforms and providing administrative support.
- Assist in the interview process like sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews and shortlisting, scheduling interviews, plan and coordinate with interview team.
- Assist in organizing and planning HR approaches, engagement activities, policies, and procedures as and when required.
- Post and manage job advertisements on various job portals and social networks.
- Prepare and help create reports on Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents for HR-related matters when required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR functions.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace; exposure to LinkedIn or HR tools is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification: Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Human Resource, or related subject.
Experience: 0–6 Months
