Responsibilities:

• Analyze project requirements, create relevant documentation, and ensure timely delivery.
• Follow agile development practices and contribute to the iterative software delivery process under the guidance of senior developers.
• Contribute to development tasks, write clean, maintainable code, and assist in debugging and optimization.
• Get familiar with existing codebases and steadily improve your programming skills.
• Learn and work with the technologies in our stack to contribute to feature enhancements, maintenance, and support.
• Collaborate with team members using tools like Git, agile task boards (e.g., Jira, Linear), and AI-powered coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT.
• Participate in code reviews, both manually and with the help of AI tools.
• Stay open to adopting emerging practices such as low-code tools, API-first development, and automation workflows.
• Maintain a mindset of continuous learning and follow ethical development practices in using AI and other technologies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), data structures, and basic database concepts.
• Familiarity with modern programming languages such as JavaScript or Python. Experience with frameworks/libraries like React (JS/Native), Node.js, or WordPress is a plus.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of basic testing, coding standards, and debugging procedures.
• Familiarity with software design principles and development tools (e.g., VS Code, Git).
• Willingness to learn and work with AI-powered tools to accelerate development and debugging.
• Ability to research, self-learn, and troubleshoot problems using online and AI-based resources.

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience: 0-1 year of professional or project-based development experience.
